Recursos de formación y materiales de apoyo sobre "Microsoft Teams"

Estos días, dadas las circunstancias derivadas de la pandemia del COVID-19, se ha incrementado el interés por el uso de las plataformas de colaboración y comunicación para facilitar el trabajo en remoto por parte de las organizaciones y los profesionales.

Entre estas plataformas, una de las más utilizadas y aplicadas, actualmente, es Microsoft Teams (dentro de Microsoft Office 365) que permite el trabajo en equipo y la comunicación y colaboración de los profesionales, a través de cualquier dispositivo y desde cualquier lugar.

Microsoft dispone de una versión gratuita de Teams y, además, ha activado la opción de poder usar la versión empresarial E1 de manera gratuita durante 6 meses.

He aprovechado para recopilar un conjunto de materiales de apoyo, videos de formación y consejos y recomendaciones del trabajo en equipo "virtual" con este entorno, todos ellos elaborados y compartido por el propio Microsoft.

Los he separado entre los que están en castellano y los de inglés, confiando que puedan ser de interés.

Desde hace ya un tiempo (varios años, de hecho) que desde el Centro de Innovación en Productividad (MIC Productivity, www.micproductivity.com) fomentamos el ‘Flexible Working’.

PMI Programa & Portfolio Management (third edition)

In a recent post, I talked about the updates PMI has included in new PMOBK Standard Version (5th Edition): New PMI Standards of Project Management Updates- 5th edition of PMBOK

I want to share with you, also, the main changes, they have added to Portofolio and Program Management Standards.

The Standard for Program Management—Third Edition includes:

• Program Life Cycle has been assigned its own chapter for the third edition to provide the details of the unique set of elements that makes up the program management phase.
• The third edition highlights the full scope of program management and clarifies the supporting processes that complete the delivery of programs in the organizational setting.
• A more detailed definition of program management within an organization is provided, including the fundamental differences between project management and program management.

And The Standard for Portfolio Management – Third Edition includes:

• Three Knowledge Areas were added to address Portfolio Strategic Management, Portfolio Performance Management, and Portfolio Communication Management.
• The Defining Process Group was added to address defining processes
• The Authorizing and Controlling Process Group replaced the Monitoring and Controlling Process Group.
