This morning, I’m attending, in the name of Microsoft Innovation Center – Productivity Center (www.productivitycenter.org) to the Workshop MIT-ILP (Technology Transfer and Enterprise Innovation), at the bdigital global congress, in Barcelona, organized by Barcelona Digital Centre Tecnologic (www.bdigital.org).
One of the speakers, Laura Dingwall, from Highlands and Islands in Scotland, presented to us the seven major elements of entrepreneurial ecosytem:

She talked about their experience in developing and innovative ecosystem in and proposed a different set of actions, to promote it:

And she presented differents case studies (successful experiences) and ended enumerating a set of impacts of this activities:

- Less dependency on public sector finance
- Improved business plans

- Faster Growth
